With a passion for excellent customer service and employee welfare, we are looking for a Parts Specialist to join our spare parts team, located in our Hornsby head office. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our team and play a key role in helping achieve our goals of providing excellent customer support and growth.
The position is focused on support for McCormick tractors; however, the role will also include some exposure to other products in the range, providing variety and a full understanding of the Clark Equipment aftermarket business.
About the role:
- Receiving and processing dealer parts enquiries through various channels.
- Parts interpreting and customer support.
- Processing of customer orders and liaising with other teams.
- Contribute towards proactive inventory management.
- Play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
- Well-developed communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to enjoy and thrive in a demanding and challenging role while helping your team achieve its goals.
- An understanding of machinery/equipment enabling you to provide excellent parts support to internal/external customers.
- Parts interpreting experience preferred.
- A passion for finding solutions for customers.
