Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Surry Hills, NSW
Package: $70k - $77k base - subject to experience, plus quarterly team bonus
Hours: Early morning starts - 6:30am, Afternoon shifts - until 7pm and some weekend availability required.

About the role: 
As an 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and matching top-quality candidates with Education roles across a range of Early Childhood services within the temporary job markets. You will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.  
  
To do this successfully you have:  

• An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team  
• Are adaptable and flexible to changing situations and requirements  
• A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively 
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge 
• A current Australian drivers licence, full ongoing working rights within Australia and willing to obtain a volunteer working with children check card
