A day in the life....
- Part of the leadership team, you will lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis
- Support your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills
- Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
- Support your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager in stock/inventory management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate
- Assist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are kept
- Be proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provide
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work every day
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
What we need…
- Experience in junior retail management
- Experience in stock management
- Demonstrated success in building sales and people management
- Demonstrated ability to achieve & exceed sales targets
- Established business acumen skills
- Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
