Due to the acquisition of several major accounts, our client is seeking to appoint an accomplished Account Manager to lead the relationship with dedicated customers to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
This position is the conduit between warehousing operations and the end client, driving contract performance and solutions design to issues impacting operational results.
The Account Manager - Logistics will spend their time building key relationships with both internal operational staff and the client's supply chain and customer service departments to drive an effective partnership.
Key skills and experience required:
- Degree qualification preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record in customer service or logistics account management in the 3PL sector.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical thinker.
- Excellent contract management understanding and interpretation.
- Diligent approach and ‘can-do’ attitude.
