+ Key Responsibilities
General
- Provide exceptional customer service for clients
- Ensuring invoicing is completed for specified accounts
- Ensuring all receives, orders, and invoicing tasks are complete within appropriate timeframes
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas
- Order management for clients
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Booking final mile carriers for clients, ensuring the best carriers are selected according to client’s requirements
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
- Communicate with clients regarding inventory levels, order status, and shipping schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and standards
- Ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
+ Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- A current forklift licence
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment – preferably apparel & fashion goods
- Experience using CargoWise or other WMS knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
