Day to Day at Zeal Refrigeration 

Refrigeration Technician are the engine room of our business, their work and time are the basis of our sales, and we need them to hit the right balance between productivity, quality, and customer relationships. 

We service customers across a range of commercial industries which includes hospitality, retail trade, distribution and food processing. Our work varies between commercial installation jobs, down to simple commercial fridge seal replacements, and everything in between. The maintenance work often has a problem diagnosis and solving aspect to it. The  Installation will includes installing medium to large scale refrigeration systems across various industries. This means we deal with a wide variety of work on a daily basis, so flexibility and adaptability is very important. 

Our technician needs to be prepared for their jobs in advance as much as possible, be pro-active in helping manage inevitable changes of scheduling, get through each job in a timely way, but without compromising quality of work or the impression we make on our customers. 

The role of a Zeal Refrigeration Technician is to:

• Perform high quality Refrigeration work without supervision
