Position Overview
As an Experienced Refrigeration Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and efficiency of our clients Commercial Refrigeration systems. This role will mainly perform service work, often when customers have reported issues, but we offer scheduled maintenance as well. You may help out on larger installation projects at times. Your technical expertise and dedication to quality work will contribute to the success of our organisation. You must be able to work fairly autonomously, with strong problem solving experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to determine the best course of action.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven +5 years experience as a Refrigeration Technician.
- Relevant technical certifications.
- Strong knowledge of r❄️efrigeration systems, HVAC, and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
