SalaryThis is a rare opportunity for a Night Manager to join the 4 Pines Noosa!
About you:
You have serious passion, ‘live for the night’ and have an amazing mojo for hospitality! You have experience in leading & developing a team, and ready to embrace full responsibility for the venue and the success of every night.
Your previous experience with delivering nightly events/promotions, working with local promoters + backpackers, relationships with local artists and DJs, and your hands-on marketing approach will put you as a front-runner for this position.
What you need:
· Live in or around Noosa or planning to relocate if successful
· Have what it takes to “own the night” and deliver a strong bar revenue
· Have a genuine desire to build connections with the community, groups and hostels
· Have at least 3 years of previous venue and people management experience
· Have an RMLV Certificate + Approved Managers license
· Have a strong understanding of OLGR regulations in Queensland
· Have ‘The Vibe’ and the ability to keep the party going with the right ambience + atmosphere
