Qualifications & experience
- Prior experience in retail sales & customer service, preferably in the 4WD Accessory industry
- Strong communication skills with a range of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- Self-motivated approach to work and achieving targets
- Passion for cars and 4WDs with sound knowledge of parts and accessories
- Professional telephone manner
Tasks & responsibilities
- Day to day operations of the office -answering phones, quoting customers, customer service ect
- Communication with customers – including meeting and greeting.
- Quoting and invoicing
- Sales of products
- Communication with suppliers
- Taking bookings and service enquiries.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Email management
- Ordering of parts
