5 Star Assessor

The 5 Star Team is an internal but independent body that assesses and reports on the operations of Bakers Delight bakeries.

As a Bakers Delight 5 Star Assessor you will enjoy working autonomously as part of a geographically dispersed team in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring Bakers Delight high standards are adhered to by both company owned and franchised bakeries.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to rise to the challenge and “bake” a difference by:

• Assessing bakery standards using the 5 Star assessment process.
• Conducting 5 Star assessments in a timely manner each round.
• Providing franchisees/managers with constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Compiling and maintaining all relevant documentation relating to any non-compliant issues identified during the 5 Star assessment.
• Liaising and maintaining relationships with the Operations Team and other 5 Star Assessors.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement to the 5 Star process.

We’d love you to join us! Your time has come "bake" a difference at Bakers Delight if have the following: 

• Experience in Bakers Delight production or retail environment
• Experience in applying Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles in a retail or food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Strong skills in training, motivating, and influencing others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's licence.
