Job Details
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties:
- Support the DIA unit in improving data access, reliability, and maturity by collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers, and using tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- Identify and analyse trends to support strategic decision-making and improve data quality.
- Design and construct reports by collecting precise requirements to align data outputs with stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to data integrity, analytics, and governance activities conducted by the DIA unit for the organisation.
- Manage project tasks, including organising meetings and maintaining documentation.
- Maintain strict record-keeping and assist in developing data management policies.

- Clear analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capability to validate and interpret data.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, Python, or similar technologies for query execution, report generation, and data visualisation (e.g., Microsoft Power BI). Describe your involvement and proficiency in these areas, emphasising your eagerness to learn and apply these skills in analytics and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, and review and optimise business processes in alignment with policies, standards, and organisational goals.
- Strong customer focus, with excellent client-liaison, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to work in a team environment, including experience with coordination and project management.
