During the two year program, the VET Cadet will develop workplace-specific skills, experience, and knowledge that aligns to the VET studies. Organisational experience is provided through work placements across the cluster where VET Cadets can gain hands-on experience relevant to their VET studies and gain a Cert IV Project Management Practise.
Locations: You will have the flexibility to work from home and from one of our Sydney base locations and/or Glenn Innes Office.

- Able to collaborate and work as part of a team - you can work towards common goals, build good relationships and communicate openly with your team members and leaders.

- You will be motivated and keen to succeed and learn
- No previous work experience is necessary - we'll provide VET Cadets with all the training and support they need.
Essential Requirements:
- Be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
- Undertaking/or be willing to undertake a relevant Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification at an approved educational institution..
- Be available to commence full-time employment (35 hours per week) starting June 2024
