About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services (Teaching), you will be responsible for undertaking academic service and administrative activities that support the UniSA Legal Advice Clinic. You will provide high quality customer service to internal and external clients, contributing to the compilation of data for the clinic’s strategic plan.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation to deliver quality customer service
- Experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
- Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
- Knowledge and experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
