This role will involve but not limited to
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- General office duties
- Handling after purchase quality issues
- Organize run sheet and bookings service run for technicians
- Service issues diagnosis and resolution
To be suited to this role you will need
- Solid administration experiences
- Sound Customer Service skills and excellent phone manner
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Intermediate level computer literate (Microsoft applications)
- A mature and can-do attitude
