As Academic Support Administrative Officer, you will deliver high-level support to assist in fostering engagement opportunities among communities, industries, students, and our Central Coast Campuses. You will work closely with various disciplines, staff, and students to support meaningful connections and collaborations.
This is an exciting and varied role focused on supporting academic, student, and industry events and activities, in addition to general administrative duties, all aimed to promote a vibrant and engaged campus community.
In this role you will:
- Plan and coordinate activities, functions and events on campus focusing on staff, students, and industry involvement.
- Work in conjunction with academics to create and execute specialised projects including maintenance of digital platforms.
- Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.
This fixed term position is a Parental Leave Cover until July 2025, is full time, and will be located at the Central Coast Campuses (Ourimbah and Gosford).
How will you inspire us?
You will have:
- Experience in event management and/or in the delivery of multifaceted engagement activities.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain beneficial relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability delivering high-quality administrative support in a complex environment.
What we offer
The remuneration for this position is from $74,863 to $86,842 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
