- Coordinate and provide leadership to the ACAS and RAS service across Gippsland.
- Manage and monitor daily workflow demands and provide operational advice to the Manager Gateway in order to meet demands.
- Conduct referral intake processes as per current work procedures and ACAS/RAS guidelines, including the triage of referrals received by the My Aged Care (MAC) portal and other referral pathways.
- Monitor and manage team performance against monthly and annual program targets in collaboration with the Gateway Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Allied Health or Nursing
- Previous leadership experience with a multidisciplinary team including conducting Annual Performance Reviews
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
