We have an opportunity for an experienced ‘Customer Experience Representative’ to join the team and play a significant role in our next phase of expansion. 

About the role
As a Contact Centre Team Leader based in our Head Office, you will be positive and outspoken, as well as disciplined and self-motivated. You will be naturally competitive and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. This role will take ownership of the daily running and overall performance of day-to-day tasks within the inbound team. Your exceptional coaching, development and relationship management skills will be vital to ensure that our team members feel loved, motivated and engaged to make our customers feel special and with that ‘wow’ feeling.


To succeed in this role you will need to be solution driven, love working in a fast- paced environment, have great organisational skills, high attention to detail, be awesome at multitasking and most importantly, have a fantastic attitude that positively affects our team and customers. You will have a professional but positive attitude that engages the customer from the moment you connect. BOUNCE has a strong team culture and a supportive working environment.
