Northern Rise Village Services (owned by Sirrom Corporation) is a leading provider of hospitality services to the resource and construction sector. Established in 2013, we have a presence in multiple remote locations throughout Australia.
We have a rare but exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Accommodation / Administration Manager to join one of our village operations in regional Western Australia.
The point of hire is Perth and the roster is working 8 days on / 6 days off. INX experience is essential and your ability to remain calm in high pressured situations will be the key to your success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide an outstanding guest experience as the first point of contact in the village
- Ensure a smooth check in/out experience
- Booking of flights
- Complete room inspections to ensure cleanliness and standards are maintained
- Provide accurate cleaning runs to the housekeeping staff
- Maintain an accurate resident occupancy register
- Resolve resident queries promptly
- Submit maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and develop staff within the department, driving exceptional customer service
- Assist and support the project manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous FIFO experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role where you have proven supervisory experience (mandatory)
- Familiar with INX
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- RSA Certificate
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Can provide a National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
