What this job involves
You will be tasked to ensure efficient and consistent operation of all facility activities to meet contractual obligations for the Client throughout Australia and New Zealand
You’ll manage a dynamic team and provide outstanding service & experiences in all aspects of workplace service delivery. You will be based onsite with our client in Sydney and proactively develop & manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure all expectations are exceeded. You will deliver key regional initiatives as well as ensure consistency in processes, systems, reporting, cost savings and risk management.
Other key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Management of direct reports – continue to motivate our high performing team
- Confirming the vision and strategy of the regional account plans and ensuring the client receives exceptional delivery
- Serve as the single point of contact locally for any escalation points
- Assisting the client with the development of operations budgets and forecasts

You will have proven experience managing facilities with client service industry and exposure to working in the APAC region would be highly beneficial.
Knowledge of property management systems and strong computer literacy is essential as well as exposure managing a P&L.
Ideally Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management / Engineering will be advantageous and experience managing complex account structures (running multiple teams across multiple locations and countries)
Above all you are a superb communicator and thrive on innovating and influencing a variety of stakeholders
