Account Director at Creata
Position Purpose: As the Account Director (AD) at Creata, reporting directly to the Client Services Director, you will serve as a relationship owner for a designated group of top-tier client accounts. Leading a team of 4 account service staff, your primary responsibility will be client retention and growth, achieved through strategic operational planning, project co-ordination, and effective client communication. You will play a vital role in aligning client expectations with task execution, identifying client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a senior point of contact for top-tier client accounts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, project approval workflows, and best practices.
- Leading a team to provide an exceptional level of client service
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a regular basis
- Post campaign analysis approval and reporting
- Contribution to the strategic development of promotional pitches
- Project Management:
- Oversee project planning processes, including timelines and budget development.
- Ensure efficient workflow oversight, resource allocation, and delegation.
- Work with a cross functional team of digital, creative and technical resources.
- Contribute to the scoping of proposal development to support recommended approaches.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the account service team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and delegation to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments and maintain positive relationships.
- Financial Accountability:
- Set and achieve project revenue targets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans for client accounts.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly status presentations for internal and external teams.
- Assist in the development of innovative and market-leading ideas to support Creata's new business efforts.
- New Business Development:
- Plan and deliver strategic solutions for new clients.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing content planning and execution.
