About Position
As an Account/Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you'll hold a pivotal role in developing a pipeline of net new sales opportunities within directed customer verticals. Your responsibilities will include strategically positioning Harris Maternity solutions across the Australia/New Zealand Healthcare market.
The Role details:
- Permanent Full-Time Role
- Reporting to Vice President, Sales & Marketing
- Melbourne Based (Office) up to 3 days per week
- Regional, interstate, and international travel may be required.
- Hybrid Sales role requiring New Business Development and existing customer Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Strategically position Harris Maternity solutions across the Australia/New Zealand Healthcare market (Potential for Southeast Asia)
- Develop a pipeline of Net New Sales Opportunities within directed customer verticals
- Account Management - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to your portfolio of existing customers.
- Demonstrate capability to develop and identify prospects within a vertical
- Collaborate with Partner network to generate sales activities
- Prepare Proposals and Presentations to support closing sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the Salesforce CRM for Sales Forecasting, Reporting, and Analysis
- Attend conferences, customer sites, and demonstrations.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ Years of Software Sales or Solution Sales experience
- Experience in both New Business Development and Account Management
- Comfortable with cold outreach and pipeline building within a new vertical.
- History of achieving Sales Targets/Sales Budgets
- Experience with Software, Technology, Networks, or Digital Transformation
- Confident and capable of presenting complex clinical solutions
