The Opportunity
As Australia’s leading Industrial Services business, we provide Industrial cleaning services solutions to our customers such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV. We service industries including infrastructure construction, manufacturing, food, agriculture, chemicals, and oil and gas.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to provide best in class account management to new and existing Cleanaway customers in alignment with our Sales Strategy.
Additionally, the role involves:
• Maintaining Sales Pipelines in order to retain and grow customer portfolio value as set through Tender responses and quotes;
• Developing strategic relationships with customers and industry participants and proactively sourcing share of wallet opportunities for Cleanaway’s suite of services
• Keeping abreast of competitor activity and maintaining an up-to-date database of relevant information
• Ensuring all reporting is submitted as required including opportunity pipeline, competitor activity and market intelligence.
• Ensuring CRM (Sales Advantage) is completed accurately, efficiently and within expected timeframes to ensure all customer contracts are stored in Salesforce
About You
To be successful in this amazing opportunity, you will have:
• Proven business development and client relationship building experience
• Strong experience selling a service
• Experience sourcing new customers while managing an existing portfolio of clients.
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Experience using (CRM) Customer Relationship Management software would be advantageous
• Experience in Account Management in Oil & Gas, Mining, manufacturing or construction will be highly regarded.
