Account Manager to join our North & Northwest team and help grow and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the engineering, technical services, and blue-collar sectors.To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience in a client-facing role, delivering exceptional account management, business development or similar
- Excellent communication skills and confidence with an ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
- The ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for the business and to create solutions for our customers
- Strong safety and continuous improvement mindsets
- Highly developed negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
