What's the role?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customer base to encourage new and repeated business opportunities, maintaining client accounts and exploring areas of future opportunity. Based predominately on the road, as an Account Manager you will be required to balance and manage your day with your call cycle and client needs.

What you need is:
To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
- Experience within the transport industry (ideally with courier and taxi truck services);
- Exposure to the Freight Forwarding Industry is highly desirable;
- At least 3 years of Account Management experience;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Strong knowledge of various IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proven record in attracting, winning and maintaining customers;
- Willingness to travel including access to own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
