Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Finance and Insurance opportunities to clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and repeat business.
- Work actively with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth and professional process for customers.
- Follow a consistent process, offering all our products to 100% of customers, 100% of the time.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of our products and confidently communicate their benefits to customers.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with both customers and staff effectively.
- Ensure efficient paperwork and administration using available IT systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to work cohesively and achieve outstanding results.
- Exhibit a self-driven and action-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced and fun workplace.
- Provide continuous follow-through with customers and staff to keep everyone informed about the status of car sales.
- Identify opportunities for growth and change within the dealership, exploring career options to expand your expertise and take advantage of our network's opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven history of success in the automotive industry, with a focus on Finance and Insurance sales.
- Current accreditations from finance and insurance suppliers.
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Previous Finance and Insurance sales experience is essential.
- Consistent adherence to processes, resulting in above-average results.
- Career-minded individual seeking long-term growth within the automotive industry.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong paperwork and administration skills using available IT systems.
- Full training will be provided in our finance products and selling processes.
