Job Opportunity -
In this role you will be required to call on customers and talk about their fleets of equipment. These customers are turning over machines every 2/3 years. You will work through a detailed direction and look to support the business as best you can. Product selection and machine choice is everything in each sale. You will need to understand the work and job requirement of the equipment, for example the equipment could be getting used for quarry works, Road Maintenance, Forestry, Mining, Rail, Civil construction and list goes on. Once you work through the machine and what’s best selected for the works ahead it then comes down to the right price. You will need to factor in machine attachments, service support, parts and technical backup and package together as one solution.
The challenge then is to close the deal and secure the business. As you will find out the client might be looking to buy more than one machine it could be multiple pieces of equipment. This job is a career its not for fainted hearted, you will need be calling on multiple of customers and dealing with a large number of customers in the ACT and Southern NSW area. You need to manage your own territory plus have the motivation and passion to work every day. The Management and overview form the leadership team is that your self-motivated and look to show your own success through your results.
Candidate Reequipments –
We are looking for someone that has sold some form of capital machine, know this can be any type of machine, as long as you have gone externally and convinced someone to buy the equipment. If you have sold or hired the following machine or machines then we would like to talk with you
- Earthmoving Equipment
- Material Handling Equipment
- Trucks or Transport Machinery
- Forestry Equipment
- Generators & Compressors / Lighting Towers
- Access and or EWPS
- Cranes
- Ride on Mowers or Golf Machinery
- Mining Equipment
- Earthmoving Attachments
- Outdoor Power equipment
The other key parts that we are looking for in you is
- Clear and precise communication
- Strong External Sales Background 2 + Years
- Cleans Driver Licence
- Career driven
- Self-motivated and highly motivated to build a career in the ACT
Salary Package –
With salary packages in this company, you will also be given 2 weeks onboarding programme plus full training on the products and company services. With introductions and meetings with upper and senior management plus meeting the support staff that will be behind you on every sale. You will be welcomed like one of the team.
- Base Salary - $80,000 - $100,000
- Superannuation – 11%
