Role:
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, with your home base situated in or around Canberra. Your core responsibility will be to effectively manage both new and existing clients within the South Coast and Riverina region. These clients span various sectors, including local councils, quarries, civil construction companies, and demolition firms.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing awareness of the business' diverse product portfolio and service offerings, with a specific emphasis on excavators and wheel loaders. You'll target growth areas such as rail, scrap metal, waste facilities, and material handling sectors. To achieve this objective, you'll deploy a range of sales strategies, including cold calling, conducting face-to-face client visits, and actively participate in industry expos and events.
In addition to driving sales, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless engagement from initial contact to post-sale support. Your commitment to excellence will be recognised and generously rewarded with bonuses and various opportunities for personal and career development.
