Reporting to the Sales Manager, as an Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering new business targets by hunting target businesses who require a uniform program and nurturing a pipeline of existing clients and warm leads.
We are looking for someone on the hunt for their next career opportunity who loves to cold call and can draw on networks to generate leads and opportunities, and effectively manage prospects through the entire sales cycle.
What you’ll do
- Target clients to achieve and exceed sales budgets
- End to end sales cycle execution including planning, cold calling, qualifying, obtaining and closing new business opportunities
- Achieve weekly call and appointment targets
- Clearly and effectively communicate the TUS and product USPs to demonstrate the value of the proposal
- Manage your database and develop a call and nurture cycle in HubSpot
- Work directly with operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
- Establish and build long-term business relationships

About you
- B2B account management experience- uniform/apparel or merchandise industry highly regarded
- Experience selling to Gov, Healthcare and Education highly regarded
- Experience using a CRM - we use HubSpot
- Clear communication skills with a direct communication style
- Well developed problem solving and negotiation skills
- You're driven and always looking for self improvement opportunities
- You’re a confident relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to read a room
- Winning together mindset, understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds
- You’re a tech savvy self-starter
