Seeking an experienced Account Manager to join an award a Triple A award winning Saas company that came in the top ten "Certified best places to work" for 2023.As the Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact when it comes to onboarding new clients as well as managing a portfolio of existing clients.
Within a typical day, you will be speaking with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date to the software offerings, providing training sessions online and winning-back clients who have been in-active to ensure they are utilising the platform to its full potential.
The Role:
- Onboarding new clients and providing platform demonstration and training
- Providing ongoing support & training with existing client base to ensure they are using their software to its maximum potential
- Slow down client attrition through ensuring they understand all features of the platform
- Calling clients who have left the platform to win-back business
About You:
- Highly organised and experienced with managing your own portfolio of clients/accounts
- Technical aptitude to navigate problems
- Big of relationship building!
- Proven sales abilities to win-back clients
- Help Desk or experience within the legal/property space highly desirable but not essential
