We're looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Account Manager to our team of experienced, passionate and strategic-thinking PR professionals.

The successful applicant will have a passion for all things media, exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on delivering results-driven campaigns for our clients.
Typically, in this role you will:
- Manage retained clients and campaigns from concept to completion
- Deliver all campaign activities on-time, accurately and efficiently
- Attend client meetings, studio sessions and shoots filming on location
- Strive for the best possible outcomes and proactively seek out opportunities to over deliver on every campaign
- Cultivate and build strong relationships with media contacts and clients to CEO level
- Develop creative ideas for new and existing clients
- Manage the pitching of stories and secure coverage across multiple channels
- Assist with driving the growth of MediaCast through a range of strategies
- Mentor other team members to get the best possible outcomes for clients and support colleagues in their professional growth
- Meet and exceed campaign targets and KPIs
- Positively contribute to the MediaCast culture
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- At least 3-4 years in a Public Relations, Marketing or Communications role
- A tertiary qualification in PR, Communications or Marketing (or similar)

- A positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Impeccable English, communication, planning and time management skills
- A flair for writing, creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
- You will have a natural ability to think outside of the box and bring story ideas to life
- Experience working autonomously and the ability to drive strategies for our clients and campaigns
- A track record building and maintaining strong relationships with the media and clients
- Excellent problem solving skills, the ability to think on your feet and use lateral thinking to make the impossible possible
