Account Manager - Recruitment Consultant

Due to growth, DSC Personnel is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience recruiter or for someone who is looking to pursue an awarding career in recruitment and labour hire. The role is a true 360 role where you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and fellow recruiters, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and client account management as well as having a direct role in new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop existing business relationships
- Meeting sales targets and KPI’s
- Up-selling and monitor client satisfaction with service
- Understand the client’s business needs, company culture, processes and WHS standards and requirements
- Interview, reference, place candidates
- Maintain client and employee database
- Servicing client orders and requests
Selection Criteria:
- Recruitment industry experience in either or both Blue and White collar is desirable
- Experience in other similar roles would also be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with attention to detail
- Strong phone manor
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer literacy
