MTData is a Telstra owned company and leading provider of GPS tracking, Telematics and dispatch systems to the transport and service industries.
With a head office based in Victoria, MTData operates across all states of Australia, New Zealand, with approx 130 staff employed.
The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced sales and product staff to ensure we maintain strong relationships with our existing and increasing customer base.
The successful candidate will be able to interact well within a team environment, while retaining the ability to self-motivate when the situation requires.
Reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing a set of your own customer accounts
• Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Ensuring customer contract renewals
• Driving up-sell opportunities
• Provide support and training to customers.
The successful candidate should possess at least the following skills/experience:
• Have existing experience in Account Management / sales.
• A good understanding of IT systems.
• Have a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Australian permanent residency or be an Australian citizen.
The successful candidate would benefit from any knowledge or exposure to the following:
- GPS Tracking and Telematic Systems
- The Heavy Transport Industry
