This role will explore the delivery of both Radio-Frequency identification (RFID) and 2D Barcodes which will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to continue to shape the next phase of trials.Reporting to the Head of Smarter Profit, the role will:

• Provide overarching delivery of the scoping, planning, development, and execution of the Smarter ID transformation program.
• Develop and communicate on the program tracking, timelines and ensures required milestones are met.
• Ensure that program aligns to company strategic goals and incorporates additional companywide requirements.
• Ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are developed and in place for execution as required.
• Management and use of resources across program
• Ensure deliverables are achieved.

About you and your skillsWe are looking for an energetic team member with a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate will have:

• Experience developing and execution National business wide strategy.
• Strong program management experience
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team.
• Exceptional knowledge of total loss operations and supply chain interface
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Able to act collectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experiencing in building a strategy and team to rollout
