The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will have the ability to influence and further develop our unique services where you can shape the success our services deliver for our customers.
The Role
You will deliver on your Customer Success Plans by focusing on establishing and developing robust relationship networks. You will proactively engage with our partners to understand what they need and increase their adoption of our services, because we are easy (and fun) to do business with.
You will:
- Enable our customers to maximise the advantage of our services
- Develop positive working relationships with partners to mutually build business
- Retain partners by applying effective account management, ensuring their needs are met and new opportunities are uncovered
- Prepare and deliver innovative proposals to our partners in an ultra-responsive manner
- Collaborate with the delivery team and other members of the sales team to ensure our services are delivered beyond the expectation
- Onboard new partners into the business to ensure they understand how best to engage with us
- Proactively seek opportunities within our existing partners (and partners who have not recently transacted with us)
The role is predominantly telephone/video meeting based.
This is a permanent part time opportunity offering a base salary of up to $100K pro rata (depending on experience) + Superannuation + Uncapped Commission. You will be working 20 hours per week and will have flexibility around how those hours are distributed, in order to ensure that our customers receive a seamless service.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate that your experience meets our essential criteria below.
- A minimum of 5 years commercial customer-facing experience from any industry, solving problems and contributing to mutual success
- Within your experience, you will have worked for a minimum of 2 years in a telephone-based account management/sales role
- Your background includes technology sales (technology field service sales would be awesome!)
- You can demonstrate how you have contributed to customer retention and growth, delivering commercial benefit to the customer and your business
- You are confident in your ability, and can demonstrate that you have excellent phone-based relationship building skills
- Your enquiring mind will default to problem-solving that leads to better ways of working, recording, and reporting, demonstrating your attention to detail.
