We are seeking an accountant to grow with our expanding practice.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing of all types of income tax returns, business activity statements, and financial statements within the prescribed time frame and budget.
- Providing Bookkeeping, payroll and superannuation compliance services.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing support to clients and senior staff.
- Liaising with clients and with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- Work Collaboratively to deliver quality output.
About You
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in a public accounting practice.
- Display excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Be highly motivated and capable of working independently, with a passion for problem-solving.
- Exhibit strong time management and attention to detail.
- experience with XERO software is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in using Xero (both Professional and client versions), MYOB, and Quickbooks.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full or Part time acceptable
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year (pro rata for part time)
