Senior Pricing Analyst

Create impact as a CTP Senior Pricing AnalystJoin the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.Your RoleAs a Senior Pricing Analyst across our Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) Division, you will deliver on IAG's CTP pricing strategy through developing and maintaining technical pricing models, recommendation of commercial rates and relativities, as well as supporting IAG and external stakeholders covering claims, premiums and business mix trends, underlying risks and issues.You'll collaborate with the Executive Manager, CTP and CTP portfolio managers as well external stakeholders, including regulators and peer review partners.This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in either Sydney or Melbourne.​About You

• Proven experience in General Insurance pricing or reserving, with experience in long tail products desirable
• Demonstrated knowledge of actuarial valuation and/or pricing techniques
• Practical experience of Microsoft applications including Excel
• Demonstrated experience with SAS, SQL, R or equivalent
• Ideally qualified or nearly qualified Associate with the Institute of Actuaries of Australia or equivalent body
• Tertiary qualifications in numerical or analytical disciplines i.e. Mathematics, Finance or Statistics or Actuarial related field with demonstrated experience.
