Accountant

Equals Three, a long-established accounting and business advisory practice has been working across the Sutherland Shire, Sydney, and South Coast for over 20 years. 

Working with the Team Leader and Partners, this role will work on a variety of clients assisting with: 

• Preparation of financial statements, annual returns & supporting workpapers 
• Liaising with clients, and external entities such as ATO, ASIC & Auditors 
• Preparation of fringe benefits returns & business activity statements
• Meeting lodgement and reporting deadlines

This role will also have the opportunity to be involved with the firm’s business advancement projects and be part of our internal committees. 

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who: 

• Is working towards their accounting qualification or finished 
• May have some experience working in an accounting firm
• Strong communication skills within a team and with clients 
• High attention to detail and level of accuracy 
• Strong Excel Skills and may have used Xero
