The successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge and experience in the care of the older adult and will play a significant role in the development and delivery of a centre of excellence model for Fremantle Hospital. The position contributes to decision making across the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group remit of service 4, including the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans to ensure the provision of personalised, safe, effective and timely care for all patients/families. Responsibilities include overseeing the management of human, financial and material resources consistent with hospital policy, clinical practice standards and organisation vision and mission.The position collaborates with the Nurse Director Service 4 and the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services on matters relating to the development and evaluation of Nursing practice and standards of care.Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment!
