Accountant

Thallon Mole Services (TMS) is seeking a permanent part time accounts professional to complete accounting requirements for the business. 

Duties: 

• Process payroll, superannuation payments, and BAS lodgment.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Preparation of month end management accounts, reports & journals.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management.
• Perform the day-to day processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Having a proactive approach to ensure all invoices are efficiently and accurately processed. 

About you:

• Prior experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite particularly Excel.
• Competency with BAS and PAYG preparation & ATO lodgment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• You are keen to suggest and implement new processes.
