Your role as an Accounts Payable Officer will be to assist in the end-to-end payment process to ensure that suppliers are paid within agreed time frames.
You will focus on:
- Ensuring all invoices & payments are processed in a timely & accurate manner.
- Managing and review of Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
- Assisting with weekly and ad-hoc payment runs.
- Follow up any invoice disputes & approvals.
- Maintain high standard relationships with all stakeholders.
About you:
- From 1 year’s full-function Accounts Payable experience.
- Experienced gained in large/ high volume environment is desirable.
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- SAP Experience is desirable.
- Experience with Inventory systems is desirable.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Full & unrestricted working rights in Australia.
