The Firm:
A large firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to bolster their Business Services and Tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with several years of experience within an Australian accounting firm to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Preparations of IAS, BAS and FBT returns
- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations
- Client contact and advisory from the start
- Liaison with the ATO
- Take ownership of client portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
- A passion for providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on experience within an Australian accounting firm.
- CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.
- Proven experience working across a variety of industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
