As a result of ongoing growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Tax and Business Services Accountant to join our team. Crest Accountants operate mainly in the SME market with clients trading through various structures.
The position will require you being able to take a job from start to finish while managing the relationship with your clients.
The Applicant and Experience
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- Preferably CA/CPA qualified;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Familiarity and knowledge of Xero accounting software preferred;
- Excellent work ethic and ability to make a positive contribution to the team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for a variety of entity types;
- Providing business advisory services including strategy planning;
- Preparation of taxation advice, including researching topics as required;
- Building client relationships and answering client queries;
- Working as a team to achieve outcomes;
- Other duties, as required.
