The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an accountant, with focus on financial planning and analysis. This opportunity plays a significant role in managing our Financial Health and fostering strategic growth for the company.
Role and Responsibilities
• Budget preparation and analysis: coordinate the budget creation and implementation within the other Company’s areas.
• Financial Reports preparation: create financial statements to be presented to the Company’s investors, directors and managers.
• Support on external audit processes.
• Conduct financial investigations and analysis to advise the Company’s decisions.
• Prepare taxation reports and provide support on taxation and financial decisions.
• Support on conversation with financial institutions
• Guarantee the maintenance and good use of the Company’s accounting systems.
• Guarantee internal control procedures.
• Provide Financial risk analysis
• Provide cash flow projections
What We are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and accounting roles.
• Experience in other franchise business is not a must but a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
