Qualifications & experience

• Experienced in Finance and/or Accounting
• Working in Fintech and Financial Service industry is desirable
• Excel in handling multi-tasks and working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in working collaboratively
• Result drive with a detail-orientated approach

Tasks & responsibilities

• Intercompany/Vendors/Clients’ reconciliations (including preparation of provisions)
• Assist in monthly client money submission to ASIC
• Assist the monthly NTA calculation Review and overseeing Banks & Credit Cards reconciliations and PSP reconciliations and postings
• Oversee client funds reconciliation in Methodos software
• Communicating efficiently with international accounting departments
• Responsible for the monthly and quarterly tax lodgement (GST; Payroll Tax; BAS)
• Assist in the budget and business plans for Asia region with FP&A group manager
• Assist with annual external audits
