Your Role:
As a Head Office Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. Your responsibilities will include payroll management, XERO reconciliation, and end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our CRM and integrations with XERO.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the healthcare or cosmetic industry
- Advanced experience with XERO, including payables, PAYG, and understanding of ATO obligations and bank reconciliation.
- Advanced experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in the cosmetic industry
- Experience in Zenoti software
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the healthcare or cosmetic industry
