Our highly recognised and dynamic business is seeking a CA/ACCA/CPA qualified or part qualified finance professional with budgeting and forecasting experience. You'll have solid Financial / Management accounting knowledge and looking to move into or grow your Business Partnering and advisory experience. To be successful you will already possess:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Business acumen and strong Excel skills.
- Experience developing management reporting to suit a range of audiences.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, with a solution focus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Reporting into the CFO, you’ll grow into this role to be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and finance partnering with allocated Business Units and associated Stakeholders to ensure the delivery of financial performance reporting and key financial insights, planning and forecasting processes. This role will support financial integration between different business units across various functions. Some other responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly financial reporting, project reporting, budgets and associated models.
- Review cost/revenue allocations and movements across relevant Business Units.
- Delivery of timely & accurate annual financial plan to key stakeholders as well as supporting key leadership with business unit reviews.
- Presenting insights into organisational performance, KPI's trends, analysis of operational impact against plan and prior year comparatives.
- Support the business units with statutory compliance and returns.
