Reporting to the Head of Finance you will:
Position 1 - Accounting Assistant
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 plus super.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
- Accurately input data to onboard clients - Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Direct debit administration - Set up, Amend, and remove details
- Post cash receipts and adjustments to the sales ledger
- Raise refunds and bank reconciliation
- Liaise with clients' bank and internal stakeholders
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 plus super
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4pm
- Responsible for cash collection, rescheduling arrears, and direct debit coverage.
- Meeting weekly KPI for outbound call targets
- Initiating escalation of account queries
- Obtaining overdue account funds of 120 days or less.
- Liaising with the customer service team and internal stakeholders
