Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern NSW. Mawsons now owns Milbrae; another significant business in the Concrete and Quarrying industry. We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and highly organised person to join our team in the capacity of Accounts & Administration Officer based in our Colinroobie office (near Leeton, NSW).
The Accounts & Administration Officer role is full-time, offering flexibility around family and work commitments, competitive remuneration and development opportunities (a job-sharing arrangement would also be considered).
Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Administration, the Accounts & Administration Officer will perform a variety of tasks including assisting with monthly accounting processes, data analysis, compiling and collating financial reports, accounts receivable processing, creating purchase orders, labour and parts allocations as well as some IT coordination/support and general administrative duties. Essential Criteria:
- Business Administration / Accounting experience or qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Sound computer literacy
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
- Current drivers licence
