The companyA dynamic construction firm based in the Western Suburbs is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper/ Administrator to join their team.
The role
- Managing project accounts, allocating income and expenses.
- Performing data entry tasks, including handling quotes, invoices and bills.
- Streamline payment processes.
- Responsible for payroll duties.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
About you
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role.
- Completion of a relevant Bookkeeping course.
- Proficient in Xero is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full working rights (AU/NZ perm resident or citizen).
- Experience in the Construction Industry is highly regarded.
