We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all financial activities using Xero Accounting Software and managing some of the daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial transactions using Xero Accounting Software
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Monitor and analyse financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and managing vendors
- Coordinate and supervise out of office staff
- Assist with office-related tasks as needed, such as organizing meetings and handling correspondence
Qualifications:
- Experienced bookkeeping skills
- Proven experience working with Xero Accounting Software
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in office management is a plus
